General Information

These Terms govern the use of www.notario.org, as well as any other Agreement or legal relationship with the Provider (Data Controller) on a legally binding basis. Capitalised terms are defined in the relevant section of this document.

The User must read this document carefully.

Conditions of Use

The Provider grants Users access to and use of www.notario.org, subject to the following Conditions:

  • The User must be of legal age under applicable law
  • Minors may only use the Service under the supervision of their parents or legal guardians
  • The User undertakes to provide truthful and up-to-date information
  • The User undertakes to make appropriate use of the Service
  • Fraudulent or malicious use of the Service is prohibited

Intellectual Property

Without prejudice to any more specific provision of these Terms, all intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, trade mark rights, patent rights and design rights relating to www.notario.org are the exclusive property of the Provider or its licensors and are protected under the applicable laws or international treaties on intellectual property.

All trade marks - whether word marks or figurative marks - and all other trade marks, trade names, service marks, word marks, illustrations, images or logos appearing in connection with www.notario.org are, and shall remain, the exclusive property of the Provider or its licensors and are protected under the applicable laws or international treaties on intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

Unless otherwise stated and without prejudice to applicable law, Users shall not be entitled to claim damages against the Provider (or any natural or legal person acting on its behalf).

This shall not apply to damages to life, health or physical integrity, damages arising from the breach of essential contractual obligations such as any obligation strictly necessary to achieve the purpose of the contract, and/or damages caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence, provided that www.notario.org has been properly and correctly used by the User.

Modification of the Terms

The Provider reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. In such cases, the Provider shall duly inform the User of such changes. Such changes shall only affect the relationship with the User going forward. Continued use of the Service shall indicate the User's acceptance of the revised Terms.
